Don't estimate
exposure. Measure it.
On-site hand-arm vibration, whole-body vibration and noise testing, measured on your equipment and documented against the regulations, giving you clear results and a practical plan to protect your team.
Hand-arm vibration syndrome and noise-induced hearing loss are among the most common and most expensive occupational health failures in the UK. By the time symptoms show, the damage is permanent and the liability is yours.
The regulations expect numbers
The Control of Vibration at Work and Control of Noise at Work Regulations 2005 require you to assess exposure where it's likely to reach the action values. "We think it's fine" is not an assessment.
None of it comes back
Vibration white finger, nerve damage, chronic back injury, hearing loss and tinnitus are irreversible. HAVS is reportable under RIDDOR, and entirely preventable with the right controls.
Claims, premiums, enforcement
Civil claims, HSE improvement and prohibition notices, and rising insurance premiums all start with one question: where's your exposure data? Documented testing to BS EN ISO 5349 is the most cost effective answer.
Three assessments, one job. Real, task-based measurement on your equipment, in your environment, whether that's a stadium pitch, a school estate, a hospital grounds team or an industrial site.
Hand-Arm Vibration
Strimmers, hedge cutters, leaf blowers, chainsaws, grinders, breakers: anything that vibrates through the hand and arm. We measure exposure on your actual tools and tasks, then calculate the daily figure that matters: A(8).
- Tool & task vibration measurement
- Daily exposure A(8) calculation
- Trigger-time & usage analysis
- Prioritised control recommendations

Whole-Body Vibration
Ride-on mowers, tractors, sweepers, forklifts and plant: vibration through the seat and floor. We assess daily exposure for your machines and operators across realistic duty cycles.
- Seat & floor vibration measurement
- A(8) per machine and operator
- Duty-cycle & route assessment
- Seating & control recommendations

Noise at Work
Grounds machinery, workshops, plant rooms and depots. We map noise across your site and pinpoint who's over the action values, and show exactly where protection and engineering controls are needed.
- Area & personal noise measurement
- Daily exposure LEX,8h per role
- Noise mapping across the site
- Hearing-protection & control advice

Clear results you can act on, and a plain-English report that's easy to read and solid enough to stand up if you're ever inspected.
On-site measurement
We measure your real tools and machines while your team works as normal, using calibrated kit rather than guesswork from a manufacturer's spec sheet.
A clear, readable report
Your results set out plainly against the action and limit values, tool by tool, machine by machine, role by role, and tied back to the regulations.
A clear action plan
What to tackle first, which changes actually make a difference, and what's realistic for your team and budget. Not a copy-and-paste template.
Ongoing monitoring: Toolminder
An optional app on your team's phones. Scan a tool and its trigger time counts up as live exposure points, so things stay under control after we leave and you can spot anyone getting close to the action values.
Minimal disruption, clear timings, and a single point of contact from enquiry to report.
Enquiry & Scope
We agree the sites, tools, machines, roles and dates that need covering.
On-Site Measurement
We attend and measure during normal operation, working around your shift, not against it.
Analysis & Report
Results worked up against the action and limit values and written into a clear report.
Action & Re-Test
Prioritised recommendations, with a re-measure whenever controls or equipment change.

Recent surveys include the Metropolitan Police's boat and vehicle workshops, a producing platform offshore, stadium grounds teams and a rail maintenance depot.
